If your pet has been seen elsewhere, having records available can be very helpful.

Before your appointment

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can help you get settled before your visit. Dogs should be on a leash, and cats should be safely secured in a carrier.

If your pet is coming in for a specific medical concern, it may also help to write down:

  • when the problem started

  • how often it is happening

  • whether it is getting better or worse

  • any changes in appetite, energy, bathroom habits, or behavior
